What Landscaping Standards Apply to All Meadow Lake
Properties?
The Meadow Lake
Master Homeowners Association is committed to promoting and enforcing
consistent minimum standards of landscape maintenance as set forth in the
Meadow Lake Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions ("C,C & Rs").
The Meadow Lake Covenants are for the benefit of all Meadow Lake owners and
were filed, in 1985, for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value,
desirability and attractiveness of all Meadow Lake property.

What Services Are Provided by Meadow Lake Landscaping
Services?
Maintenance
of all general landscaping tasks on the street side, golf side and courtyard of
your property. At a minimum, twice a
month (once in the first half; once in the second half), our landscaping crew
will visit your property to perform the following tasks:
1) Grass maintenance (mowing, fertilize and
weed eat)
2) Control weeds (spraying and pulling)
3) Insect control for plants trees and grass
4) Pruning plants.
Are Additional Services Available?
Yes. Meadow Lake Landscaping
Services also offers additional services for those desiring a higher level of
maintenance. Those services include
weekly maintenance, replacement and/or addition of plants, bark and decorative
rock, hand watering plants and shrubs and edge fixing and/or replacement. We've also planted trees, constructed
retaining walls and installed irrigation.
How Much Does it Cost?
The amount of care required for individual
properties differs. Depending on the
size of your property, the minimum cost is between $50 and $75 per month for
“Z” lots. “R” lots are quoted
individually.
Extra services (above) are
quoted by the job.

Meadow
Lake Landscaping Services is a division of Meadow Lake Golf Resort, Inc., the
company that owns and operates Meadow Lake Golf Course.
If we Engage Meadow Lake Landscaping Services, Who
Performs the Work?
Mike
Downey, a teacher in the Columbia Falls School System, heads up Meadow Lake
Landscaping Services. Mike has an
extensive background in native plants and their care. Mike has experienced plant care personnel working for him as well
as school age laborers who work under Mike’s supervision.
